Are you a hands-on, energetic team player looking to be part of a fast-paced and rewarding environment? We're looking for a Manufacturing Operative to join our client's cross-functional team, where you'll play a key role in shot blasting and powder coating frameworks and components to the highest standards - on time, every time.
What You'll Do:
. Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
. Carry out shot blasting and powder coating processes
. Ensure components meet quality standards and production schedules
. Participate in manufacturing meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
. Take an active role in the development of your work area and support your teammates
You Will Have:
. A minimum of 5 years' experience in shot blasting and powder coating
. Excellent communication skills
. A motivated, flexible, and positive attitude
. The ability to follow set processes and maintain high-quality output
. A strong sense of teamwork and a willingness to contribute wherever needed

Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 Annual +
