Tipper Driver Days
Location: Coleford
Shift: Day shifts
Pay Rate: £13.42 per hour + Overtime at Time &
We will book you on a MPQC course.
Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Tipper Drivers for day shifts based out of Coleford to join our clients team, our client are a well established aggregates company who have operated for over 40 years.
This is an on-going agency position working with a well-established company, transporting and collecting road planings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tipper lorries safely and efficiently on night shifts
- Collect and transport road planings as directed
- Ensure all loads are safely secured and comply with transport regulations
- Carry out vehicle checks and report any defects
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) or Class 1 (Category C+E) License
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous experience with tipper work (preferred)
- A strong awareness of safety and road regulations
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
Shift Details:
- Hours: between the hours of around 6am starts (9.5-hour shifts with time 1/2 overtime)
- Overtime: Paid at time and a half ) after standard hours.
