Development Manager
Cheltenham
Permanent – to start as soon as possible
With our proud history and vibrant alumni network, the work of the Development Manager at Pate’s is to harness this legacy and support our future ambitions, growing these existing relationships and identifying new ones.
Engaging with key stakeholders, and developing existing and new relationships, the successful candidate will secure donations and other funding, cultivating a whole school approach to fundraising, which supports the achievement of the school’s development goals.
As part of the school’s support staff team, this pivotal role collaborates with all staff, working across the whole school community.
Working closely with the Finance Director, as the Development Manager you will develop and implement a forward-thinking income strategy that will diversify and grow our unrestricted income.
Your work will directly support the School Development Plan, helping to enhance our educational offering.
Alongside the Finance Director, you will lead initiatives across a wide spectrum, to include grants, donations, fundraising, the development of our legacy programme, sponsorships and individual contributions, ensuring a steady and sustainable increase in revenue.
You will also identify and cultivate partnerships with stakeholders that align with the school’s strategic plans, operational goals and expansion tactics.
To be a success in this role, you will be dynamic and visionary, passionate about making a lasting impact and will thrive on building meaningful relationships.
The hours for this role are full time, 37 hours per week, year-round, however these hours are open for discussion for the right candidate. Applications are welcome for a full time or part time position.
