My award-winning client is on the look out for a new Head of Broking, to be atthe forefront of their ambitious growth plans, reporting directly to their COO. Your mission: deliver revenue targets and lay the groundwork for an even more successful year in 2025.

My client has changed the way Insurance is done! They specialise in working with high-growth companies - partnering with these innovative, ambitious businesses on their scale-up journey. As the Head of Broking, you will be leading a dynamic and well-established team in a company that prides itself on conducting itself entirely differently to ANY other Insurance company in the market and within the last few years alone they have grown dramatically, both in clients and the team of passionate and tenacious professionals.

 

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our Growth Director to convert new business and ensure the retention of existing clients
• Lead and support a dynamic team of Brokers
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and enhance team performance
• Oversee regulatory compliance and reporting for each client
   

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in commercial broking, preferably with a focus on financial lines
• Exceptional people leadership skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
• Strong strategic thinking abilities and proficiency in implementing efficient workflows and systems
• Flexible and entrepreneurial mindset, with a knack for problem-solving and seizing opportunities
• Collaborative approach and client-savvy demeanour
