Part Time Experienced Sales Negotiator

Cheltenham

Location: Cheltenham Town Centre

We are looking for an experienced sales negotiator to work in our busy town centre office. The position provides an outstanding opportunity to broaden your existing skills with genuine career progression.

The role of Sales Negotiator involves enquiry handling from potential buyers and sellers, matching buyers to suitable properties, market appraisal creation, qualifying potential clients and identifying their needs, utilising your knowledge of business development techniques for marketing, and winning new instructions. A typical day will include a team meeting, arranging viewings, showing properties to prospective buyers, preparation for the day’s market appraisals and instruction appointments, managing existing client’s properties, actively seeking new clients, assisting colleagues with viewings, sales progression, and incoming enquiries. You will need to be energetic, extremely well-presented and an excellent communicator for this superb opportunity to join a market leader with high ambitions.

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 p.a. OTE Pro Rata
