We are looking to appoint an ambitious, enthusiastic and hardworking deputy who is ‘warm and welcoming’ and who ‘cares deeply for the pupils and the wider family’. (Ofsted, 2024)
We are a positive, hardworking and supportive team who enjoy working together and put the children at the heart of everything we do in our nurturing school.
We are looking for someone who will:
• share their love of teaching and learning
• be an excellent role model and positively communicate the school vision, inspiring others to do the same
• build positive and respectful relationships across the school community
• establish and sustain the school’s ethos and strategic direction through school self-evaluation and school improvement planning, alongside the headteacher
• be a member of the governing board
• train to be a deputy designated safeguarding lead
The successful candidate will have a teaching commitment and will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and will contribute to harnessing the skills and ambition of our committed team, so all children make outstanding progress academically, socially and emotionally.
