Hours: Part Time (21.75 hours)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract (Until 31/08/2025)

3 days per week term time only with the possibility of increasing to 5 days per week 8.45am to 3.00pm
The Manager will have day-to-day responsibility for the setting and will be accountable to the school Head teacher.
Job Purpose: To work collaboratively with colleagues and local advisors to develop and enhance the anti-discriminatory, rights and equality promoting inclusive practice of all practitioners in the setting. To have a direct impact on equality practice for the sake of all children within the setting. To support and maintain a well-organised, safe and stimulating environment which will meet the needs of children and their families. This will be in accordance with the policies, statutory framework and codes of practice adopted by Little Stars Pre-School. To work closely with the senior leadership team and trust to ensure the highest possible standards for children within our care.
You must have a NVQ level 3, or higher, in early years care and education and previous experience of working with children, whether voluntarily or through paid work.
