Nursery Manager

Nursery Manager required to work at our busy and growing nursery site at The Rosary School, Stroud, GL5 4AB

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in early childhood education. This role involves managing staff, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, and fostering a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development.

Type of Vacancy:

Full-Time 47.5 hours (Monday-Friday) term time only using The Rosary School's term dates starting from September 2025

Hours of Work: 8am to 6pm five days days a week

About the nursery:

BarBar is an established small nursery group with three settings in Gloucestershire and have been helping families with their childcare needs for approximately 20 years. This Stroud nursery, based in the heart of the area, has been open the longest for around 20 years, is currently a 24 place nursery setting with places for toddlers and pre-schoolers. The strong and well established team work well together to strive to provide quality care for all its children and families. At BarBar we promote a relaxed and happy atmosphere to enable the children to feel safe, settled and secure, whilst providing a stimulating learning environment and preparing children for the next stages of their lives.
