Are You a Registered Manager Seeking an Exciting New Role in a Fast-Growing Homecare Business in Cheltenham and Gloucester?
Start: Immediately, subject to your notice period.
As a Registered Manager for our growing homecare business, you will be part of an exciting journey to establish the business as a large regional healthcare provider.
You will be at the forefront of providing high-quality care to our service users, extending our service offering, with a reputation for excellence in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Service users: Develop and maintain positive relationships with our service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Quality of service: Monitor and review the quality of the service we provide and implement improvements where necessary.
- Policies and procedures: Maintain and improve policies, procedures, and systems in accordance with relevant and CQC legislation, regulations, and best practice guidelines.
- Recruitment and training: Manage the recruitment, training, and performance of your care staff and support workers to ensure they provide safe, effective, and compassionate care and support to our service users.
- Referrals: Develop and maintain relationships with referrers and the Local Authorities.
- Budgets: Manage the budget for the service and ensure that resources are used effectively and efficiently.
- Administration: Manage and oversee the administration and financial aspects of the service.
- Growth: You'll work with the team to expand the business into supported living and other services.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Qualified NVQ level 4 or 5 with:
- Domiciliary homecare experience (2+ years preferred)
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager (1+ years preferred)

Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, pro-rata, depending on experience
