2 x Care Navigators (Receptionists)
Cheltenham
We are seeking 2 enthusiastic Care Navigators (Receptionists) to join our friendly team at Sixways Clinic in Cheltenham. Our Practice Team consists of 6 GP Partners, 2 salaried GPs, our nursing team, Admin team and Care Navigation team.
The Care Navigation team is integral to providing GP Services to our community and you will be the face and voice of the Practice. Do you have a passion to help people and have experience working with the general public? If so then this is the role for you!
A fast-paced role that includes assisting and navigating patients in accessing appropriate services or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.
As part of your role as Care Navigator you will be trained to undertake a variety of administrative tasks such as generating prescriptions, processing incoming correspondence etc
Part-time, varying hours – times and days to be agreed following successful interview.
