Administrator within Risk and Compliance Team
Gloucester
Having merged from four practices in 2018, Aspen Medical Practice is now a single large practice with over 31,000 patients.
We are seeking an enthusiastic person with a professional approach to join our Risk and Compliance team as an administrator.
This is a varied and interesting role with opportunities to develop your skills and expertise, and to help patients and staff.
Your primary duties will be providing administrative support within the Risk and Compliance department of the Practice; and providing cover for the patient services, HR, premises, health and safety, compliance, and the other responsibilities held by the Risk and Compliance department.
We would welcome your application if you can demonstrate that you are:
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Able to organise and prioritise multiple “to dos” while under pressure
- Able to communicate clearly in writing
- Confident in face-to-face and telephone interactions
- Computer literate – Excel, Outlook, etc
- Discrete and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
