Lead Data Administrator- ELSEC - C9327-24-0520

Job summary
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated administrator to join an exciting new team, focussed on understanding and improving speech and language skills in the early years.
Gloucestershire has been identified as a pathfinder site for the Early Language Support for Every Child (ELSEC) programme. The new team consisting of Speech and Language Therapists and Assistants will take on development and roll out of universal and targeted support for Children in identified settings across Gloucestershire. This role will be key in supporting a lasting legacy of knowledge and support for our communities.
***Fixed Term contract opportunities for up to 24 months***
This is a 2 year fixed term position. The post holder will be responsible for the administration elements of the ELSEC (Early Language Support for Every Child) pathfinder as well as supporting data collection and analysis as delegated.
Main duties of the job
- To provide a full confidential, administrative, data manipulation and secretarial service to the CYPS ELSEC service
- To provide administrative support within the core Speech and Language Therapy Service where appropriate and required
- To support the provision of accurate information and operational performance requirements for clinicians and managers, as well as respond effectively to the routine administrative requirements and resolving of data quality issues
- To adopt a constantly flexible approach to ensure that CYPS ELSEC Service's data management objectives are completed efficiently and within given timescales
- To project the professional image of the business through demonstrating excellent customer care in all activities
