Job Location: Cleeve Hill Hotel
Due to the business getting busier we are looking to expand our team. If you think that you would like to be part of a small but perfectly formed hospitality team then we’d love to know more about you. The role will be primarily to help clean bedrooms and public areas, but there will be the opportunity to learn more about hotel operations if this interests you.
We are looking for the kind of person that would: arrive early, be a little OCD about standards, run up the stairs, never give up, clean behind/underneath/behind again, make your bed at home immaculately, work it like you own it, understand that everything is nothing if the guest experience isn’t 100% perfect, sing while you’re hoovering, understand what attention to detail means, appreciate that teamwork makes the dream work, are honest at every point and stay until the job is finished.
We will train you from the beginning so no previous experience is needed, we’ll ensure you have team benefits, random surprises and are paid fairly. You’ll need to be able to work weekends as the business is 365 days a year. The role could be from 20 - 40 hours a week depending on your circumstances.
