Ellenborough Park is currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping team within our luxury 5-star hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a supportive team environment. Whether you already have housekeeping experience or are looking to begin a career within hospitality, full training will be provided.
Our Housekeeping team plays an essential role in creating the exceptional guest experiences that Ellenborough Park is known for, ensuring our guest bedrooms and public areas are maintained to the very highest standards.
The Role
This role involves cleaning guest bedrooms and public areas between the hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm with additional hours available during busy periods.
As a Room Attendant, you will help ensure all areas of the hotel are presented beautifully and maintained to luxury hospitality standards, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain guest bedrooms and public areas to the highest standards
- Ensure all housekeeping duties are completed in line with hotel procedures and presentation standards
- Deliver a friendly, professional and guest-focused approach at all times
- Work efficiently as part of the wider Housekeeping team
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel
- Help contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
About You
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality.
You will ideally have:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
- A guest-focused and professional approach
- Good spoken English and high presentation standards
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Previous housekeeping experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
