Spa Therapist
Cheltenham
We are currently looking for a Level 3 Spa Therapist to join our friendly team on a Full Time basis. You will be based at the stunning 5* Ellenborough Park Hotel, and working as an integral part of the Spa.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet every guest every time making every one of them feel welcome
- Provide fast, distinctive, warm, professional and intuitive service to all guests
- Carry out beauty and massage treatments within the Spa department.
- Be a proud ambassador of the Elemis brand, carrying out treatments in a professional manner.
- To have full knowledge of the Elemis products on offer
- To retail Elemis to all spa guests
- Conduct show rounds and spa tours.
- Keep the Spa clean and tidy.
- To do the daily cashing up and banking of the department.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience and training within Elemis desired although full training will be given
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification essential
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a positive and can do attitude
- Guest focused with a genuine passion for delivering sensational service
- Confident Communicator
- Well presented, self-motivated and good team player
