HR Advisor
Cheltenham
Juice Cheltenham are delighted to be supporting an established and dynamic business who are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their friendly team
DAY TO DAY:
- Supporting the recruitment process - Assist with recruitment campaigns, job classification, and onboarding/new starter inductions
- Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Help resolve employee relations issues, such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and sickness absence
- Working closely with the Head of HR and supporting any projects and impleading any wellbeing and retention schemes
- Creating and manage company policies with any updated legislation changes
- Implementing learning and development training plans for all departments to support and progress employees
Experience and Requirements:
- Experience working in a HR Advisor role ideally 2 years +
- Experience implementing any Learning and Development changes is desirable
- Experience handling a variety of employee relations issues ideally within a blue collar work force
- CIPD qualified is not essential but desirable
- A high level of attention to detail
- Able to manage time and work well under pressure

Salary - £28,000-£33,000 per annum depending on experience
