Five Education is an independent specialist SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) recruitment agency based in central Bristol. We help Teaching Assistants, Teachers, and support staff find fulfilling roles in schools across the South and Southwest of England.
We are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment sector while making a meaningful difference in the education system.
The role will start as 3 days a week on a fixed-term contract of 12 months. This is likely to be extended, and depending on company needs, there could be an opportunity for more hours.
Main Responsibilities
- Write and post engaging job adverts to attract candidates
- Search job boards and social media for strong candidate profiles
- Conduct candidate interviews via video and in person
- Guide candidates through our compliance and safeguarding processes
- Develop a strong understanding of roles in education and the needs of SEND settings
- Work collaboratively with consultants to match candidates with school vacancies
- Gain hands-on training in recruitment systems and communication tools
No previous experience in recruitment is necessary - just a desire to learn, grow, and get stuck in.
Who we are looking for
Essential:
- A graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with strong communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Personable and confident, with a professional attitude
- A quick learner who's excited to work in a busy, people-focused environment
- Comfortable using technology and different systems
- Eligible to work in the UK for at least 24 hours per week
Desirable:
- Experience working in schools, with children, or with SEND individuals
- Degrees in Psychology, Sociology, Education, or related fields

Salary ranges from £25,400 to £27,000 (pro-rota d depending on the days worked)
