HR Advisor

Winchcombe

MiniVIP's Nursery & Oaklands SEN provision is a family run business in the heart of Winchcombe. Our professional and qualified team provide a friendly and fun approach to life and learning, providing stimulating, creative and educational activities for little ones from babies through to 12 years old.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team and provide HR support to management and staff, ensuring good people practices are followed across the nursery. As an HR generalist, you will provide support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, absence management, wellbeing, training and development, discipline, payroll, and ensuring policies and procedures are up to date and understood.

This is a part-time role, and we can offer flexibility and school-friendly hours.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous HR experience, and good knowledge of UK employment law, and HR policies and procedures
• Self-starting, with the ability to prioritise and organise workload
• Numerate, with the ability to manage payroll and produce reports and statistics as require
• Open communication style, approachable and good active listening skills

We operate safer recruitment procedures, to ensure children in our care are kept safe. The successful applicant will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
