HR Advisor - 04/04

HR Advisor
6-month Contract
Location Gloucestershire
Pay £20.23 per hour.
The role will involve working on a restructure project. The project will be working closely with the Director and will involve a larger volume of input than normally would be expected in a change project. For example, you will be creating new job profiles, conducting the initial job evaluation and ensuring there are appreciate levels of management and career progression within the structure. It will therefore be advantage if you understand GLPC job evaluation schemes.
You will ideally have experience of restructure projects and project management skills.
As an HR support adviser, your role will be to support HR Advisers and managers and develop proactive HR solutions to drive the business forward.
It is a fast moving and challenging environment which requires you to work in a flexible way, moving into any area of HR as the business requires.
