Permanent About the role: Support and, for smaller projects, directly manage capital new build and refurbishment projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring delivery on time and within budget Contribute to space management and allocation to ensure the efficient use of campus facilities, producing accurate data and reports for internal and external stakeholders Assist with preparing Client Briefs, tender and contract documentation, and manage financial requisitions and purchase orders in line with regulations Support delivery of sustainability and carbon management priorities through capital projects, space, and asset management activities Complete project
