Insurance Renewals Advisor

£30,000 - £40,000 + bonus

Our client with headquarters in Cheltenham is seeking an experienced renewals advisor to join their team following on from a hugely successful 2024. This is a great time to join a growing team who offer a supportive, laid back and sociable work environment.

Requirements:
• You’ll have worked in a renewals role within the Commercial Insurance sector previously, however other lines of insurance will also be considered
• Drive and motivation to hit targets
• First class sales and customer service skills
• Flexibility adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills and the ability to manage own workload
• Strong communication skills via telephone and email

Responsibilities:
• Research and communicate up to date policy renewal information
• Retain existing business at policy renewal
• Respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and respond to all up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
• Learn and retain detailed product knowledge
