👨‍💻 The Role: Technical Consultant

As a Technical Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert for a select group of clients that match your strengths. You’ll solve real-world technical challenges on-site and remotely, backed by our friendly Cheltenham HQ team.

This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, autonomy & making a visible difference to businesses.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

Providing on-site and remote IT support across the region

Managing and resolving technical issues for clients

Supporting Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Azure AD) environments

Maintaining server setups (Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware)

Troubleshooting cloud and hosting platforms (Azure, Office 365)

Working on networks (switches, firewalls, VPNs)

Building long-term relationships and acting as a trusted IT advisor

Supporting project delivery (upgrades, migrations, improvements)

🙋‍♂️ What We're Looking For

1–2 years in a client-facing IT support role

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and networking

Experience with cloud tech (Azure, hosting platforms, etc.)

A people-person with excellent communication skills

A logical, problem-solving mindset

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
