Roberts Limbrick are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic IT & Administrative Assistant to join our Head office in Gloucester.

Key responsibilities will include:

IT

  • First-line support & troubleshooting
  • Managing of Support Tickets
  • User/Device Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Writing of Documentation
  • Supporting the IT Manager in daily tasks and ongoing projects

Administration

  • Telephone support
  • Assisting with in-house meetings/greeting visitors
  • Incoming/outgoing post
  • Supporting the Office Manager in adhoc administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have some administration experience and an interest in IT, with a willingness to learn and develop. A positive attitude, strong communication skills and a proactive approach are more important than extensive experience.

This role would suit a school leaver or graduate. Roberts Limbrick is a creative, dynamic company, offering exposure to many areas of the business while helping you build valuable skills for your future career.
