Service Desk Support 3-Month Contract - Gloucestershire
Are you an experienced IT Support professional looking for your next temp opportunity?
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Desk to join a busy IT team in Gloucestershire on an initial 3-month contract . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and working in a fast-paced support environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line IT support to end users.
* Manage and resolve IT service requests and incidents.
* Accurately log, update, and track support tickets.
* Assist with user account administration and access management.
* Escalate complex technical issues where required.
* Deliver a high standard of customer service while meeting service targets.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a previous IT Support or Service Desk role (desired).
* Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to self-manage, prioritise workloads, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive, 'can-do' attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
* Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office 365.
* Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) would be beneficial but is not essential.

Location: Gloucestershire
Duration: 3 Months Initially
