Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team who support, maintain and develop the organisations Core Records Management System (RMS).  This is a particularly transformative time as we are currently in the process of migrating to a new platform, Niche RMS. The new platform will provide organisational efficiencies and is at the heart of how operational policing is delivered to Gloucestershire and wider. You will be responsible for three core-policing services that are dependent on each other.

You`ll review, lead and set the direction (with agreement) for the responsible services and ensure that we have stable, efficiently managed, well transitioned and highly available systems that underpin operational policing.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in a Service Management role, with experience of managing diverse stakeholders, partners and suppliers. The role also requires engagement with project, and delivery teams. You will need to provide consultation on the delivery of projects and services. A commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards in line with the policing Code of Ethics is paramount.
