IT Helpdesk Technician

Cirencester

Salary: £22,993 - £24,633

(Salary dependent on qualifications and experience)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Required: Immediate Start Available

We are looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful IT specialist to join our IT services team, someone to:

• Work directly with staff and students and parents to resolve IT faults and queries.
• Liaise with third party support companies and suppliers.
• Work with the senior IT members to provide project support.

If you have knowledge and experience in this type of role, are a good communicator with strong customer service skills and would like to work with us at our thriving college, we’d love to hear from you.
