Description
The role will be responsible for providing 2nd line ICT technical support across the Constabulary. The post holder will be responsible for the management and upkeep of various software and hardware solutions. They will utilise their technical competencies within a Windows environment to ensure the availability and enhancement of key policing systems, whilst supporting colleagues and contributing to the stabilisation of the wider department through dedicated project work. The ability to collaborate and communicate with key business areas and all other teams in ICT is fundamental.
