Learning Support Assistant

St Mary’s School is looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant to join our team.
You will work alongside teachers to support individual pupils and small groups of children with additional needs, helping them to access learning, develop their independence and build confidence.

Experience of working with children with additional needs would be an advantage, but the right attitude and a commitment to engaging with training are more important.

The post is offered as a salary of Grade 5 on a fixed-term basis as it is linked to the EHCP of a pupil(s).
This is a full-time post for 27.5 hours a week, working Monday-Friday.
