Salary: £26,126.00 – £38,852.63 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week (including some evenings)

Are you ready to take the next step in your beauty career? Do you have a passion for inspiring others and sharing your skills? Gloucestershire College is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Beautician to join our Hair, Beauty and Make-Up Artistry team as a Lecturer in Beauty Therapy.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on industry experience who is looking to begin a rewarding journey in education. You’ll be supported every step of the way, including completing a Level 3 Teaching qualification during your first year if you don’t already hold one.

Our Customer Service Industries School is a dynamic and growing department, covering Hospitality and Catering as well as Hair and Beauty. Across our campuses, we offer a wide range of courses from Levels 1 to 3, and our students benefit from outstanding facilities, including fully-equipped professional salons, and strong links with local industry.

As part of our team, you'll deliver practical and theory-based sessions and help learners gain real-world experience through salon time with clients. You’ll play a key role in preparing students for successful careers in the beauty industry, whether they’re just starting out or aiming to upskill.
