About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a high-performing Internal Client Services team based in Cheltenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous Legal Secretary experience either currently in the role or looking to return who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You'll provide essential administrative and secretarial support to Partners and Fee Earners in a prestigious and well-established firm.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage support for client projects
* Liaise with Partners, Fee Earners, and clients to streamline processes
* Assist with marketing and BD initiatives, including pitches and event support
* Handle internal and external communications professionally
* Maintain accurate client data using CRM systems (e.g., InterAction)
* Manage meeting scheduling, follow-ups, and diary coordination
* Handle phone and email queries with efficiency and discretion
* Liaise with internal teams and manage planned absence cover
* Support time-recording, invoicing, expenses, and billing
* Collaborate with the Finance team on reporting and credit control
* Oversee travel arrangements and meeting logistics
* Manage document production, filing, and general administration
* Assist with conflict checks, engagement letters, and file openings
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
* Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
* Experience using CRM and practice management systems
