Our client, well established firm within the public sector, based in Gloucester, has an exciting new opportunity for a Lawyer Advocate to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful Lawyer Advocate should have/be: ·A good level of working knowledge of undertaking advocacy in court including undertaking contested hearings. ·Experience of working in local government. ·Qualified Barrister, Solicitor or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives or qualified by way of legal experience in one of the legal advice areas. ·Membership of the relevant professional body.
