Are you an experience multi-skilled maintenance professional or have experience in flipping property for resale?
we have an exciting opportunity that not only offers use of a company vehicle, you will also get private medical insurance. Due to the nature of this role, you will need a valid driving license.

Your responsibilities:

- The role will involve general repairs and maintenance including painting and decorating, basic plumbing and electricals.
- You will conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks on both commercial and residential properties.
- You will supervise and coordinate contractors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects.
- Assist in project management, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling, maintaining accurate records of all work completed

- Troubleshoot and resolve building maintenance issues promptly and efficiently, whilst maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.

Your experience:

- Proven experience in building maintenance.
- Proficiency in IT and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong project management skills and customer service skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Residential property maintenance experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 40 Hrs 08:30 to 17:00
Work Location: Forest of Dean, with some travel to South Wales and Bristol.
