Our client is a is a highly successful and respected market leader in their field, both in the UK and internationally. Due to a an long-term employee leaving for personal reasons, they are seeking a methodical and dependable Engineer to work in their Milton Keynes site. This role will involve undertaking a full range of equipment servicing repairs for portable de humidifier machines. Due to the niche nature of this work they are seeking an Engineer who may come from a HVAC or refrigeration background who will be F-Gas certified and have transferable skills to diagnose faults and repair these machines. This role will report into the Warehouse Manager and will also involve helping to cover his duties in his absence. There will be occasional travel involved, so the successful candidate will need to hold a full driving license. Our client are a family orientated organisation who have a fair give and take culture and are happy to offer flexibility around family commitments etc.

Day to day responsibilities:
Responsible for equipment servicing/repair, providing customer technical training and support
Analyse and report equipment failures and liaise with the technical and quality team to determine appropriate correct actions
Manage product updates/upgrades as required
Provide product and application technical customer support
Carry put customer training for equipment servicing and repairs
Conduct customer product familiarisation training
* Provide cover and support for warehouse function as required
Skills and experience:
* F-Gas Certified
* HVAC or refrigeration servicing experience
* Live within a daily commutable distance to Milton Keynes
* Full driving license
* Methodical with excellent attention to details.
