HYDROTHERAPY POOL AND SITE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Stroud
Qualifications: GCSE’s (or Equivalent) in Numeracy and Literacy
Experience: Previous experience of working in property maintenance or a trade desirable
Starting Date: ASAP – to be discussed at interview
Status: Permanent

St Rose's provision is from 2 to 25 years; a nursery, a non-maintained special school for students from 5 to 19 and St Martin’s an independent specialist college for students from 19 to 25. Our students have physical and sensory disabilities, learning and communication difficulties and complex health needs.
We are looking for a tidy, practical and conscientious individual who works well both as part of a team and independently. This position requires good planning and organizational skills, tenacity and excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with members of staff, students and external contractors. An understanding of Health & Safety compliance related to premises and knowledge of basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing and decorating is essential. Previous experience in maintaining a Hydrotherapy Pool and Plant room or willingness to undertake the Pool Plant Operator qualification is required.
