Electrical Contracts Manager

A rapidly expanding company in Gloucester are seeking an Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee existing contracts and help support the electrical department's growth.

Responsibilities of the role:
* Oversee various contracts, primarily in the Social Housing sector, while also managing projects within the domestic and commercial sectors.
* Managing a variety of projects with a focus on quality, health, and safety compliance
* Lead and inspire a team of engineers, supervisors, and administration staff
* Build positive relationships with client and contractors
* Ensuring contracts are accurately documented, providing monthly reporting
* Overseeing monthly financial reporting whilst controlling costs
* Supporting the team's NICEIC membership
Key skills/person requirements:
* Minimum NVQ Level 3, AM2, and City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent)
* Proven leadership in managing engineers and supervisors
* Strong grasp of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Commercial awareness and familiarity with various contract conditions
My client is offering an annual salary of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
