Hooray are delighted to be partnering with a long standing client in the education sector to manage the recruitment for a HR Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

As a HR Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team to deliver an exceptional people service
- Building strong relationships with managers and senior leaders to embed great people practices
- Overseeing employee relations, including complex casework and hearings
- Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and safer recruitment standards (KCSIE)
- Driving improvements in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce engagement
- Developing people policies, toolkits, and training to support leadership capability
- Using data and insights to inform strategic decision-making and planning
To be successful as a HR Manager, you will:
- Hold a CIPD Level 5 as a minimum (Level 7 would be advantageous)
- Have strong knowledge of employment law and safeguarding practices
- A track record in delivering service improvements and managing complex ER cases
- Experience in the education sector would be advantageous however, not essential
- An understanding of KCSIE and Safer Recruitment practices
In return, we are offering a salary of up to £45,000 per annum. Please note, this is a full time, permanent position!
