TMS Outdoor Education Manager
Hazel Wood, Little London, GL17 0PH
An opportunity for an Outdoor Education Manager has arisen to join our newest venture in September 2025. This a full-time salaried role, 40 hours per week including 28 days holiday, plus bank holidays and will require the successful applicant to be committed to work Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4:30 - with the addition pre-planning requirements during the summer holidays.

The role is based at Hazel Wood, Little London, GL17 0PH and will include facilitating the transportation of young people to and from the venue.
The role has a wide range of responsibilities and therefore would benefit from a dynamic candidate with an excellent work ethic and the drive for delivering an excellent educational provision for our young people commensurate with their individual needs.
The manager will ensure that the learning and site environment is a positive experience for the young person and the team.
The role will incorporate provision of outdoor activity, life-skills and education.
