Must Have's:
- A marketing related degree and some hands on experience, whether through freelance work, side projects or internships
- OR previous commercial experience in a marketing role
- A self-starter mindset, you'll be the go to for all things marketing. So confidence and initiative are key.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A keen eye for design and detail, and experience with digital tools/platforms.
Nice to Have's:
- Experience in the food sector or product-based marketing
- Website content management and social media strategy skills
- Familiarity with AI tools or digital trends that can enhance business operations
So, what will you be doing?
- Managing and updating websites across the group
- Creating marketing assets such as product sheets and newsletters
- Building and sharing market reports to support business strategy
- Leading LinkedIn content and communications
- Researching trade shows and supporting lead generation
- Processing orders and providing internal sales support
- Collaborating with all areas of the business — you’ll quickly become a key point of contact
