Our prestigious client is a market leader in the steel structural engineering sector with clients in rail, highways, nuclear and the telecoms industry. Established for over 70 years the company promotes growth and development throughout the organisation.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
* MIG / MAG welding and fabrication ( fillet and butt welding ).
* Candidates will be required to operate various types of machinery to include an overhead crane (training given ).
* The work environment is heavy manufacturing so you will be working on material thickness of between 5mm and 50mm.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Candidates will need a minimum of 3 years' experience in MIG / MAG welding and fabrication.
* Previous overhead crane experience preferred but not essential.
* Previous CNC experience preferred but not essential.
