Practice Manager for Every Cloud Play & Creative Arts Therapy CIC - Every Cloud Practice Manager

Every Cloud Play & Creative Arts CIC is a not-for-profit children’s therapy centre based in the centre of Cheltenham.

We are dedicated to supporting children and young people experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties.

We provide accessible, high-quality, child-centred play & creative arts therapy services that help children or young people to heal and thrive.

Our therapeutic team are all BAPT Registered Play Therapists® committed to improving outcomes for the children and young people they support.

Every Cloud is in the early stages of developing themselves as a Research Centre and the Practice Manager role will be crucial in strengthening our infrastructure as we move into this exciting stage of our journey.

The Practice Manager is a vital leadership role, responsible for ensuring the effective day-to-day operation and strategic development of Every Cloud Play & Creative Arts CIC.

This role includes oversight of staff, finances, governance, marketing, and facilities, as well as fundraising, policy management, and external relationships. The role requires a proactive, highly organised, and compassionate leader who thrives in a collaborative, child-centred environment.

Whilst an initial fixed term contract of 12 months, this can be made into a permanent role once key performance targets are achieved
