Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client to assist in the recruitment for an Operations Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis!

As an Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead a team of managers to develop a person centred approach within their homes
- Ensure compliance across the homes
- Oversee the day to day operations of the supported living services across the region
- Provide temporary cover in the absence of the home manager
- Build relationships with the local authority to ensure we are a provider of choice
- Carry out specific development projects across the region
To be successful as an Operations Manager, you will:
- Have significant experience of working at a management level within the health & social care sector
- Have at least two years experience working as a CQC Registered Manager
- Be experienced in managing change
- Be confident in implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Hold an NVQ Level 5 in health & social care or equivalent
In return, my client are offering a salary of up to £46,000 per annum, depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position!
