My client who are a globally recognised manufacturing business are seeking an experienced Production Manager. The role will be working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Role and Responsibilities -

In this role, you will look to directly led the manufacturing activities to ensure operations objectives are met in relation to HSE, Quality, Cost and Delivery.

Other responsibilities include:

* Meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations for On Time Delivery and ensuring proficient production scheduling.
* Developing and managing manufacturing processes to look to continuously improves the appropriate tools e.g. 6 Sigma, 5 Whys Etc..
* Engagement and efficient communication to all levels of the business and making sure that team teams below are hitting KPIs.
* Support project and others improvement activities throughout the business to achieve success.

Experience or Qualifications -

* Proven leadership experience with a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment
* Leader qualified (ILM Level 3)
* Extensive record in hitting KPIS and exceed OTIF targets
* Passionate about employee engagement and how to promote excellence from people working underneath your management structure
