Experienced CNC Lathe Turner, Setter Operator
📍 minutes away from M5 J11A and central to Gloucester, Cheltenham and Stroud

💼 Elite Extrusion Die Ltd designs and manufactures extrusion dies and tooling for the aluminium extrusion profile industry. We’re expanding and seeking a CNC Lathe Turner to join our busy team of Extrusion Die Specialists.
We are seeking a CNC Lathe Turner to join our busy team of Extrusion Die Specialists. The role will cover various tasks:
🔩 Key Duties:
CNC Lathe turning of extrusion die blanks to supplied drawings
Use of lathe software to create CNC programs
Use of various Lathe Tool machines, all with FANUC controls
Inspection of parts
Use of measuring equipment
📌 No programming required for this role
✅ Candidate Requirements:
Ability to follow and retain instructions
Comfortable to work methodically
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Accurately measure/check parts
Fit, healthy, self-motivated, and once fully trained, be able to work without supervision and as part of the team.
💷 Salary & Benefits:
Competitive, progressive/ based on experience
39 hours/week
Day Shift: Monday – Thursday, 0800-1630, Friday 0800-1530
Overtime often available at 1.5x rate and required when available
Holidays: 5 weeks/year (some reserved for Christmas) plus all bank holidays.
