Our client is seeking a reliable individual to join their sawmill production team. This hands-on role involves working on the production line in a physically demanding environment, which includes heavy lifting and exposure to loud machinery.
Due to remote location, you will need your own transport
7am-6pm Mon to Thursday
7am- 4pm Friday
53 hours per week
- We are looking for hard working, reliable individuals to join our client on a temp-to-perm basis.
- Working on a large saw milling production line, running timber through machines
- Preparing and stacking them onto pallets and preparing pallets for distribution
- Opportunity to be cross trainied on different elements of the machines and processes as the job evolves
- A level of fitness is required due to the manual nature of the role
- To demonstrate a positive and flexible approach to the varied elements of the position.
- To be prepared to carry out standby/emergency duties, usually cleaning when required.
- When operating machinery, you must be vigilant in ensuring it is working to the maximum output.
Salary: £12.21 to £13.67 Hourly + Pension, Overtime
Hours Per Week: Full Time
