CNC Machinist Miller - MIL/TEW

Gloucester

Position: CNC Machinist - Miller

Location : GLoucester

Position : permanent

Salary: up to £37000

Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 04:00 pm

Overtimes: paid at premium rate

We are looking for a 3 axis CNC Miller to work for engineering manufacturing business based in GLoucester The appropriate candidate would be responsible for machining precision parts for aerospace sector.

Responsibilities of CNC setter:

* Following technical drawing setting and operating CNC milling machine with Mazatrol controls
* Machining precision parts to tight tolerances
* CNC Machinist must be able to set and operate a machine under no supervision
* Measuring, adjusting, and maintaining tight tolerances

Requirements of CNC setter

* Previous experience working with Milling CNC machines with Mazak controls
* Strong ability to read technical drawings and accurately measure components.
* Experience working to tight tolerances and using measurement tools.
* A proactive and positive attitude, with the willingness to receive further training.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
