Afterschool Club Manager

1 year Fixed Term Contract

10 hours per week, Term Time Only 3.00pm to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday

NJC Pay Scale 8-11

What We’re Looking For:

  • A caring and enthusiastic individual who can lead fun, engaging activities while maintaining a safe environment
  • Passionate individuals who enjoy working with children aged 4–11.
  • Excellent communicators who can build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Team players who are proactive, flexible, and organised with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Responsibilities ability to plan and deliver safe, creative and inclusive play activities.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills and have experience of leading or managing a team.
  • Ensure the facilities are cleaned and tidied at the end of the session to include foyer, hall and toilets.
