You will understand all payrolls and assume day-to-day running of payroll. You will be responsible for keeping on top of payroll deadlines, monitoring quality, providing daily & weekly feedback, evaluating current process and efficiencies and working with the Operations Manager to implement changes.
Role Competencies
At least 2 years’ experience of working within a multi payroll function, ideally within an accountancy practice or specialist payroll bureau with knowledge of BrightPay would be beneficial, but not necessary.
Vision
Our aim is to run a Payroll Bureau which can help clients achieve more. While processing payroll is at our core and will remain core business, our competitive advantage (added value) is our willingness to help clients streamline processes and advise on inefficiencies to become “a part of their team”. This runs through everything we do; from the curious conversations we have with clients to identify potential problems, to the way we think when we run each payroll.
As part of your role, we’d like you to always have our vision in mind. Simply put, “how do we go further than our competition and deliver our clients those time saving efficiencies and problem-solving solutions”.
