Payroll Administrator

Permanent, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year or Term Time only plus 2 weeks.

We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our talented and supportive team at Cotswold Beacon Academy Trust. Hours – 8am to 4pm (core hours negotiable) 

Start Date – ASAP

Responsible for handling payroll processes, maintaining accurate records and providing support to the HR department. To provide an excellent service for the Trust and Trust schools, including:

Creating, storing and maintaining employee payroll records which details attendance, expense sheets, timesheets as well as hours employees work according to their pay grade. Support in maintaining Trust personnel policies. 

Experience in payroll advantageous but not essential (as full training can be provided). Must be able to use spreadsheets/pivot tables and able to analysis payroll data, excellent numerical skills required.
