The G DOC Locality Pharmacy Lead delivers safe and effective clinical leadership to the pharmacy team across the Forest of Dean Locality. The role provides a key link into clinical and operational leadership within G DOC, bringing pharmacy expertise and a collaborative approach. The role will proactively lead the pharmacy team to ensure delivery of a service that is fit for the future and adaptable, and supporting readiness for neighbourhood health working. Working with clinical and operation leadership the postholder will drive quality improvement, safety, sustainability, performance and governance across the pharmacy and wider clinical teams.
