Multi Trade Carpenter Plumber - Kitchens and Bathrooms
£34,000+ PA

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson with a passion for making a positive impact and a specialism in Kitchens and Bathrooms.

This role will be managing diverse repair and maintenance tasks throughout Gloucestershire and surrounding areas.

In this position, your expertise in carpentry, plumbing, tiling and plastering is essential for delivering high-quality work, finding optimal solutions, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow Health & Safety rules and use appropriate PPE.
- Deliver outstanding services and embody organisational values.
- Complete repairs efficiently, aiming for a first-time fix.
- Manage materials and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Identify fair wear and tear repairs, explaining decisions to customers.
- Maintain organisational equipment.

Experience:

- Skills in multiple trade disciplines.
- Public-facing experience, dealing with residents.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
- General technical knowledge of construction.
- Carpentry and plumbing experience.

Qualifications:

- Relevant technical qualifications or 6+ years equivalent industry experience.
- Carpentry and plumbing qualifications are preferred but not essential.

Practical/Technical Knowledge:

- Understand relevant legislation, including building, housing, customer services, and health and safety.
- Proficient in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering.
- Competent in site safety and safe working practices.
- Ability to use mobile devices and computer systems.

Requirements:

- Availability for out-of-hours service on a rota basis.
- Flexibility to respond to business needs.
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Completion of an Enhanced DBS check.
